Where we are growing
Shoalhaven
The Shoalhaven is the region we have deliberately moved south to service. There is a great deal of new construction through Nowra, Worrigee and Bomaderry, a large stock of coastal holiday housing around Jervis Bay, and remarkably few genuinely accredited brick cleaners working the area.

Where we work across the Shoalhaven
Nowra
Nowra is the commercial centre of the Shoalhaven and the focus of most of its residential growth. Worrigee, South Nowra and the estates spreading east and south are producing new brickwork constantly, and there is very little accredited brick cleaning capacity based locally to service it..
Nowra details2541Bomaderry
Bomaderry sits on the north bank of the Shoalhaven River and has been expanding steadily north and west with new residential release. That gives it the same new-build cleaning demand as Nowra without much of the local capacity to meet it..
Bomaderry details2540Vincentia
Vincentia sits on Jervis Bay with bushland on one side and water on the other, which is close to the worst combination there is for exterior maintenance. Salt from the bay, shade and leaf litter from the bush, and high humidity year round..
Vincentia details2540Huskisson
Huskisson is tourism, and tourism is presentation. The cafes and shops along Owen Street, the accommodation, the holiday rentals — all of it is judged on how it looks in a photograph before anyone books..
Huskisson details2535Berry
Berry has one of the best-preserved nineteenth-century streetscapes on the South Coast, and that makes it a town where the wrong contractor can do lasting damage in an afternoon. Queen Street’s buildings, the churches, the older cottages and the surrounding farm buildings are hand-made brick and lime mortar..
Berry details2540Culburra Beach
Culburra Beach is about as exposed as coastal housing gets — ocean on one side, Lake Wollumboola behind, and very little between the houses and the weather. Salt reaches everything..
Culburra Beach details2539Ulladulla
Ulladulla is the southern end of our run and it covers three quite different jobs: the harbour town itself and its commercial strip, the coastal housing and accommodation through Mollymook, and the nineteenth-century streetscape at Milton just inland..

What the Shoalhaven does to masonry
A genuine construction corridor
Nowra, Worrigee and Bomaderry are among the fastest-growing residential areas on the South Coast, which means a steady supply of new brickwork that must be cleaned in the right window to stay warranty-compliant.
Holiday housing that sits empty
Around Jervis Bay and the coastal villages, a large share of homes are used a few weeks a year. Nobody notices the roof going grey or the deck greying off until it is well advanced.
Bush, sand and salt together
Properties backing onto bushland get leaf litter, tannin staining and constant shade. Add coastal salt on top and you get some of the heaviest lichen growth we deal with anywhere.
