We are based at Warilla, which puts most of the Illawarra inside half an hour. This is the region we work in most weeks of the year, from the escarpment suburbs behind Wollongong to the brand-new estates at Shell Cove and Calderwood.

Shoalhaven
The Shoalhaven is the region we have deliberately moved south to service. There is a great deal of new construction through Nowra, Worrigee and Bomaderry, a large stock of coastal holiday housing around Jervis Bay, and remarkably few genuinely accredited brick cleaners working the area.

Southern Highlands
The Southern Highlands has the oldest and most interesting brickwork we work on, and the heaviest lichen problem in our entire service area. The cool, damp climate that makes the gardens up here so good does the same thing for everything growing on the walls.

Sutherland Shire
The Shire is the northern end of our run and it comes with twenty years of Sydney history behind it — this business worked Sydney for two decades before moving south. Helensburgh and the northern Shire are an easy trip up the coast.

About our service area
Do you charge extra for travel?
Not within the Illawarra and the northern Shoalhaven. For the far south, the Highlands and the Shire we schedule work in blocks so several jobs share the trip, which keeps pricing sensible. Ask when we are next in your area.
My suburb is not listed — do you still come?
Very likely. The listed suburbs are the ones we work most, not the boundary. If you are between Helensburgh and Ulladulla, or anywhere in the Southern Highlands, just ask.
How quickly can you get to a job?
Quotes from photos usually come back the same day. Actual work depends on the season — spring and autumn are busiest, and builder work is scheduled against programmes weeks ahead. Urgent jobs, particularly graffiti and fire damage, we prioritise.
