What we take on in Sydney
Sydney work is scheduled in blocks and booked ahead, which is how the bigger jobs want to be run anyway. In practice that means:
- Builder and developer programmes — multi-stage new builds, townhouse and apartment developments, where the clean is scheduled against a construction programme weeks ahead.
- Commercial and strata — buildings large enough to justify bringing a crew up, including high-rise facade work.
- Specialist stain work — vanadium, manganese and acid burn that local operators will not touch, or have already made worse.
- Heritage masonry — sandstone and lime-mortar brickwork where pressure and the wrong chemistry do permanent damage.
